A machined magnetic plate holds a bare iPad flat against the wall and charges it through the Smart Connector. Take it off with one hand. Put it back without looking.

The charging puck drops into a milled recess exactly as deep as the puck is thick, so it finishes flush with the face of the plate. Three pogo contacts stand 1.5 mm proud and meet the iPad's Smart Connector as it seats. Nothing to plug in. Nothing hanging down.

Which iPad does it fit?
BP-11 is cut for the iPad Pro 11″ M2, used bare — no case. The geometry is parametric, so other sizes are a parameter change rather than a redesign. Ask if you need one.
Will the magnets hurt the iPad?
No. The array holds the aluminium back panel; there is no adhesive, no clamp and nothing that touches the screen or the ports. Nothing sticks and nothing scratches.
Does it charge while it's on the wall?
That is the whole point of BP-11.PWR. The puck sits flush in the recess and three pogo contacts, 1.5 mm proud of the face, meet the Smart Connector as the iPad seats itself.
Which mounting version do I need?
BP-11.VX if you are hanging it on a VESA arm or stand. BP-11.G1 or .G2 if you are mounting over an existing single- or double-gang box in the wall. All three are $99.
What arrives in the box?
The plate with the magnet array already fitted, the mounting hardware for the version you chose, and the charging puck on BP-11.PWR.
Can I print it myself?
The part is parametric OpenSCAD and the drawings on this page are plotted from that source. If you would rather print than buy, that has always been the point of the design.
